Patti is the Clinical Director and Co-Owner of Maple Lake. She and Nichol, the Residential Director and my boss, were creators of the great school that I work at. They are a great team and I really am grateful to learn from them both. This pic is during Parent Weekend when I was given the task to carmelize the almond slivers. I used a plastic spatula that couldn't withstand the heat, as evidenced by the picture. I was laughing so hard, Patti thought we were going to kill the parents but I told her it would be just fine. She is such a funny lady and has a golden heart.

Meet Patti
